Update review, it's been 3 months since my last horrible visit so I thought it's time to give them another try. Sunday early dinner around 5pm, looks like I was the ONLY customer that just walked in. The horrible service guy is not here so that's a good sign. Seat anywhere I want I picked lucky number 18. Server came by to drop off the menu, while I know what I wanted, I tend to debate if I wanted to get the spring rolls. Ended up getting my usual special combo EXTRA large. Yes the extra large is a huge difference! Shortly after I placed my order, I noticed another person walked in and sat 2 tables over. Pho is usually fast and especially the place is empty so they're only dealing with online orders. One other person walked in to pickup her online order (of drink) I believe. Must be really good drink to come in just for that. Moving on, my XL pho is here and it's just how I pictured it would be. I always soak the leaves for flavor, then it's off grabbing one or two green peppers and wrap them around the beef like a sandwich top off with lots of hot sauce. YUM! After firing up my taste buds, I like to dip all the bean sprouts at once (it also helps instantly cool down the soup if it's too hot) and I'm crackling those bean sprouts like there's no tomorrow. I leave no bean sprouts behind! And the limes come in handy after for both meat and noodles.. By this time I'm almost done with my pho (besides the soup) I noticed the other guy's order is STILL not here. I know he's mad but he didn't say anything. The only explanation I can think of is either they have a huge online order they were working on or they completely forgot about him (how is beyond me as me and him were the only ones there at the time) His rice dish did finally came out as I was finishing up. And yes I've completely demolished the bowl (including the soup, not one drop of soup behind!) As I was getting ready to hit up the cashier, she already got it processed and ready to go, all I had to do was tap my cc. Now that's some great customer service!

So we have been trying to find a GREAT PHO place near home. Sitting here right now at Pho Hong. Haven't been here in 5 years or more. New owners since we were here before. Totally different experience. Place is CLEAN. Delicious food. Service amazing. Will be our new spot for Pho from now on. 5 Stars!!!!

Food (5/5/): this was my first time visiting Pho Hong and I was originally going to get the Cambodian noodle soup or banh boi, but when we stepped in, the restaurant smelled like pho broth and I decided to get the rare steak, brisket, and flank pho instead. The pho broth was clear, flavorful, and very clean, and a regular sized bowl was plenty of food, especially for such a good price! Service (5/5): our servers were very attentive and friendly! Ambiance (5/5): I went on a weekend around noon, shortly after the restaurant opened at 11am. It wasn't very busy, but it's very spacious with plenty of parking in a safe area. Overall (5/5): it's hard to find good Vietnamese restaurants in Las Vegas, especially away from the Spring Mountain area, but I'm happy to have found such a great place in this area that I'll definitely continue to keep visiting!

Best spring rolls and chicken pho I've tried in Vegas, customer service is on point, always greeted with a big smile and sports are always on the tv! Love it!

Stopped in to try out this spot. I ordered the chicken pho white meat. The broth was good a little on the needing flavor side. But the chicken was tender compared to other pho places where they tend to dry it out. I like my pho spicy so I added the chili oil and jalapeños and chili garlic sauce along with the sriracha and hoisin. The service was good they were fast and attentive. The ambiance was regular food spot ambiance. Place has good lighting and very open and spacious lots of seats for people to dine in. Overall the pho was great would've gotten five stars if their broth was just a little bit brothier.
